Spring makes all things new
The earth took off its Winter garb,
Its garb so dull and brown,
And donned its bright springtide attire -
A full-length emerald gown.
It buttoned it with warm sunshine,
Whose rays were golden-glowed,
And belted it with blooming flowers
That in the springtide grow.
It hemmed it with the creatures small
That wakened from their sleep,
And collared it with puff-white clouds
To make this gown complete.
The earth took off its Winter garb
As springtide breezes blew
That at this season of the year
All things might be made new.

Here is a poem I turned in to a short song.
Can you think about it, just a little bit,
Can you close your eyes and dream,
just a little bit,
When you feel my smile upon your lips
and feel the tears of joy, just a little bit,
Can you think what your heart feels and
not forget what's real, let love from the
outside in, just a little bit.
Can you hide hearts desired if love is
not in the heart of it, when you open
your eyes and smile, just a little bit.

I Love You
I love you with a permanence
That endures the passing years.
I love you with a joyfulness
That subdues all doubts and fears.
I love you with an honesty
That was born within my heart.
I love you with the calm belief
That we will never part.
I love you with a confidence
No earthly force can sever.
I love you with the certainty
That I’ll cherish you forever.
I love you with the humbleness
Of one who has been blessed.
I love you with the reverence
Of all that word suggests.
I love you with a fervor
That time cannot reverse.
I love you with the truest love
That poets put to verse.

You don't marry someone you can live with,
you marry the person who you cannot live without.

There was a prayer, a request sought by two,
whom did not know each other but, in there
prayers by night, both would do. Both seeking
someone, so they prayed by the name of Jesus Christ.
He answers their call, for he knows both there hearts,
for he knows all. Setting their lives in motion together
they will run, hand in hand as their hearts finally
beats as one. Maybe the journey short, maybe
the journey long, but walk in his ways
always , love one another as he loves,
for he is love and God is never wrong.

A stranger you were once.
Then, with a gentle look you took my hand.
As our lives engaged,
you lit my life and I held both your hands.
Now that decades have passed,
ours souls have indeed become one.
How fortunate we are
that we have found the love so true
that everyone dreams about.

Your insight is my future My thoughts are yours already thought.
Love is gaining from our past bringing happiness to us now.
Your beliefs are golden and shall be for ever more
Compassion and love flows from you as true as the word can be
and that's why you, I adore. I am your prince charming and
you my baby doll. As our hearts mingle and
our souls caress. From our spirits brought from God.
My happiness is your voice that comes forth from your lips so sweat.

"Tenderness emerges from the fact that the two persons,
longing, as all individuals do,
to overcome the separateness and isolation
to which we are all heir because we are individuals,
can participate in a relationship that, for the moment,
is not of two isolated selves but a union."

In my eyes your a sparkling water droplet on a
red velvet pedal that fell from the heavens and
rested near for me.
For your thoughts are my treasures and your
voice is my seed.
Your eyes so soft and warm as your sweat
whisper on my cheek,
that welcomes me from the storm.
I am so happy our hearts welcome each
other's love,
not from the one we known once before.
For from the one we live to love now
together with
guidance from the lord.

Perfect love is rare indeed
"Perfect love is rare indeed -
for to be a lover will require that you continually
have the subtlety of the very wise,
the flexibility of the child, the sensitivity of the artist,
the understanding of the philosopher, the acceptance of the saint,
the tolerance of the scholar and the fortitude of the certain."
